Custom Clevis Pin Load Cell Design and Engineering
Stellar Technology has designed clevis pin load cells that are made out of welded stainless steel and they are sealed. Our load pins are vibration and shock-resistant and come with robust electrical connectors to be able to stand even the most difficult operating conditions.
Series LDP990 load pins operate in tension or compression over ranges from 3,000 lbs. to 200,000 lbs. These clevis pin load cells also come with internal amplifiers to provide high-level digital and analog outputs. Standard operating temperature is -65°F to +250°F, with -320° to +400°F optionally available.
At Stellar Technology, along with our load pins, we also offer optional shackle kits consisting of a shackle, load positioning roller and orientation bracket.
Additionally, we offer submersible units that are able to withstand up to 16,000 ft. of seawater. Intrinsically safe (ATEX and CSA) versions are available with 4-20 mA output. Customer-specified electrical termination, full-scale ranges and special calibrations are also offered. Each of these units is shipped using a 5-point calibration record that is traced to NIST as standard.
