Custom Clevis Pin Load Cell Design & Engineering
Clevis pin load cells from Stellar Technology are constructed of all welded stainless steel and are hermetically sealed. They are shock and vibration-resistant and feature robust electrical connectors to stand up to the most severe operating conditions.
Series LDP990 load pins operate in tension or compression over ranges from 3,000 lbs. to 200,000 lbs. and are available with internal amplifiers to provide high-level analog and digital outputs. Standard operating temperature is -65°F to +250°F, with -320° to +400°F optionally available.
Optional shackle kits consisting of a shackle, load positioning roller and orientation bracket are available as well.
Submersible units are also offered, which are able to withstand up to 16,000 ft. of seawater. Intrinsically safe (ATEX and CSA) versions are available with 4-20 mA output. Customer-specified electrical termination, full-scale ranges and special calibrations are also offered. Each unit is shipped with a 5-point calibration record traceable to NIST as standard.
