Short Stroke LVDT Displacement Transducer, DC-DC, Spring Armature-Series LSS61X
The Series LSS61X is a short stroke precision LVDT that takes a DC supply and provides a DC output. These displacement sensors operate from unregulated power supplies of +24 Vdc to +40 Vdc or dual ±12 Vdc to ±20Vdc and utilizes an internal amplifier to generate a ±5 Vdc output signal.
The internal electronics also includes a filter circuit. The LSS61X has an internal spring return armature that fully extends the length of the armature. These LVDT’s have low-friction, non-rotating ball-ended probes designed to withstand side loads that can occur in many industrial applications.
The body and probe are constructed from stainless steel. This design is used where it is not possible to connect the transducer armature to the moving part being measured.
The compact size of the LSS61X series makes it ideal for applications requiring limited space. All Series LSS61X displacement transducers are shipped with traceable calibration certificates.
