LSS61X – A Reliable and Robust Displacement Sensor
Our LSS61X short stroke LVDT has an internal spring return armature that fully extends the length of the coil, perfect for instances where it is not possible to connect the transducer armature to the moving part being measured.
These short stroke LVDTs have low-friction, non-rotating, ball-ended probes designed to withstand side loads that can occur in many industrial applications. This makes the LSS61X ideal for many industries, including aerospace, defense systems, oil and gas and more.
The body and probe of the LSS61X are constructed from stainless steel. Its compact size makes the LSS61X short stroke LVDT ideal for applications requiring limited space.
This short stroke LVDT with a spring armature takes a DC supply and provides a DC output. These displacement sensors operate from unregulated power supplies of +24Vdc to +40Vdc or dual ±12Vdc to ±20Vdc and utilizes an internal amplifier to generate a ±5Vdc output signal.
All series LSS61X displacement transducers are shipped with traceable calibration certificates.
